Export Support Partnership was established by a team of Senior Managers who have years of combined experience working in blue chip companies.
More importantly each has worked to develop dealers, agents and distributors in every corner of the world - in many cases living in the territory to fully understand local market requirements.
All the team has travelled extensively and their experience includes the emerging markets of Latin America, Eastern Europe, Asia and India, as well as more mature markets such as America, Western Europe and the Middle East.
Ray Spooner
Former Regional Manager with JCB with 10 years export experience in Middle East,
Latin America, Eastern Europe and India. Extensive product management and product
training roles followed early career in engineering.

Former JCB Sales Director with 25 years international sales experience with JCB and International
Harvester. He has lived in USA, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Cyprus, Singapore, Australia and China.

Latterly with JCB as International Aftermarket Sales Manager travelling extensively to develop
parts sales in overseas territories. Previously as JCB’s Worldwide Sales Training Manager following
